    Utilizing Traditional Pilates equipment, the Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Pilates Chair, Ladder Barrel, and more, the Pilates instructor will take your body through a series of safe movements that are chosen specifically for your body, your needs, and goals. 

Pilates sessions are offered to clients in a safe setting where detailed attention to safety and alignment are maintained at all times. Sessions are taught by a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor that has over 25 years of experience and multiple certifications.

Individual yoga practice allows you to focus on fine tuning your skills while gaining flexibility, strength, and relaxation. This Individual Practice is tailored to your goals. These sessions are offered to clients in a safe setting where detailed attention to safety and alignment are maintained at all times.

Yoga sessions are taught by an instructor that has over 25 years of experience and over 500 hours formal Yoga education and additional certifications in Yoga Specialities such as:  Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, & Restorative Yoga.

Integrated Massage Therapy & Bodywork 

Utilizing a number of massage and bodywork techniques, including Polarity, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Acupressure Points,  Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and more, the therapist is able to relax your muscles, increase circulation, and restore a sense of balance and harmony to the body in each session. 

Every massage is offered to clients in a safe setting where detailed attention to safety is maintained at all times. Massaged are offered by a therapist that has over 25 years of experience giving and teaching massage therapy. 

** Clients undress to their individual level of comfort and are properly draped at all times during the massage session.

Personalized Reiki Sessions
In Person or Distance Reiki

Reiki is Japanese for Universal Life Force Energy and is offered to the client by gently laying the hands on the body to balance the chakras.
When the body’s major energy centers, chakras, are in harmony, the body is better able to heal itself and calm the mind. Many clients fall off to a dream like state while receiving Reiki in the clam and peaceful setting.

Every Reiki Session is offered to clients in a safe setting where detailed attention to safety is maintained at all times. Reiki is offered to you by a Reiki Master that has over 25 years of experience offering Reiki Sessions. 

** Please wear loose comfortable clothing as Reiki is done fully clothed. We want every client to be comfortable during each session.

Distance Reiki is also available for those that are not able to come in person. 

Reflexology & Auriculotherapy

By stimulating points on the feet, hands, and ears, your body can help prevent stagnation, reduce pain, promote balance within the body’s systems, improve circulation, help with allergy management, encourage deep relaxation and so much more. 

Every Reflexology Session is offered to clients in a safe setting where detailed attention to safety is maintained at all times. Reflexology is offered by a Reflexologist that has over 25 years of experience giving and teaching Reflexology.

Meditation and Relaxation 

If stress and anxiety find their way into your daily life you may want to experience a personalized Yoga Nidra session, learn Heart Coherence techniques and or expesience a personalized guided meditation. 

Each of these techniques allows the body and mind to find respite and rejuvenate while practicing these techniques.  They are all different and each allow you to pick what is best for you and your body at each session.

Rejuvenating Facials that include hand and foot massage

Experience time just for you that allows you to peacefully experience calm and joy while being cared for in a safe space. When stress and anxiety find their way into your daily life you may want to experience a personalized facial with face massage to reduce muscle tightness in your face, jaw, head and neck along with a facial products that will leave your skin feeling smooth and hydrated. Each facial is specially tailored to your unique needs at each session.

Nutrition Conultations with a Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist 

How we fuel our bodies matters for helping in reducing pain, managing stress, getting rejuvenating sleep, and helping us stay motivated to move and exercise. If you are interested in learning how to make your food intake healthier and more enjoyable - this is the place for you! We will sit together and talk about strategies that you feel you can incorporate into your life so that you feel excited about incorporating changes in your life.
